Peptides I'm No Longer Using & Why
Why I stopped with the GLOW Stack
I Stopped the Glow Stack due to daily injection site welts and stinging. I wasn't seeing noticeable results, so I switched to standalone GHK-Cu to support collagen production while losing weight. I know this will also probably sting too but Im thinking if I remove the blend I might be noticing better results.
Why I stopped with the GHK-Cu
I decided to stop GHK-Cu even after finding a way to prevent the injection site welts and stinging by taking Zyrtec about 30 minutes beforehand. While it helped reduce the reaction, I don't think it's worth having to take an allergy medication just to tolerate another injection. I've learned it's better not to force something that my body doesn't seem to agree with, so I decided to listen to my body and move on.

My GLOW vs. GHK-Cu Journey: What I Learned After Two Months of Research
After two months of researching GLOW and GHK-Cu, I wanted to share what actually happened. From painful injection site welts and burning to experimenting with different injection sites, techniques, and routines, this post documents my personal experience, what finally helped reduce the irritation, and why I'm continuing my GHK-Cu research through the third month before deciding whether it's worth continuing.

A Thought I've Been Having About GHK-Cu, Copper, and Human Conductivity
After starting GHK-Cu, I found myself questioning the relationship between copper, conductivity, consciousness, and spirituality. In this personal blog post, I explore copper peptides, holistic beliefs surrounding copper jewelry, human biology, electromagnetic fields, and the fascinating questions that arise when science and spirituality intersect.

Peptide Journey: Week 12 Update
Week 12 brought some changes to my peptide research protocol. After finishing my GLOW blend, I decided to explore GHK-Cu and NAD+ individually while adjusting my MOTS-C schedule and continuing my weight loss journey.

My Peptide Journey: Weeks 6–11 (Plateaus, MOTS-C, GLOW, and Unexpected Changes)
Weeks 6–11 of my peptide journey brought my first weight loss plateau, the addition of MOTS-C and GLOW, unexpected cycle changes, and a lesson in making sure I was eating enough while on Retatrutide. Here's what I experienced and what I learned along the way.
